How we work
A five-step process — same for every client.
Every engagement follows the same structure. Predictable cadence is what makes integration possible.
Step 01
Introduction
A free initial consultation. Goals, situation, and scope discussed, and whether we’re a mutual fit.
Step 02
Document aggregation
Engagement agreed, document checklist issued, and statements and returns gathered securely.
Step 03
Account creation
Onboarding call, accounts opened or transferred to Charles Schwab, portal access issued.
Step 04
Preparation
Documents reviewed in full and an integrated plan drafted covering investments, taxes, estate, and cash flow.
Step 05
Presentation & implementation
The plan reviewed with you in depth, then implemented — followed by quarterly reporting and regular meetings.
One relationship. One annual minimum.
ACap serves clients through ongoing advisory relationships rather than one-time transactions. Engagement begins with a single $10,000 annual client relationship minimum, met through wealth management, business tax and accounting, family office, or any combination of the three.
One firm, one team, one plan — across every dollar.
Tax strategy, investment management, and family office planning — reviewed together, every quarter.
