Wealth Management
Your portfolio and your tax return, managed by the same people.
Most households have an advisor for investments and a separate preparer for taxes, and no one holding both. ACap manages the portfolio and prepares the return under one roof, so every investment decision is made with the tax consequence already known.

Is this right for you?
Four signs your investments and your taxes aren’t talking.
Most of our wealth management relationships start with the same discovery: nothing is wrong, exactly, but nobody is looking at the whole picture. These are the signals we hear most often.
Scope of engagement
Four pillars, fully integrated.
Financial Planning
& Goal-Setting
Pillar 01
A written plan built from your actual documents, not a questionnaire. Prepared by a Certified Financial Planner and refreshed as your circumstances change.
- Retirement cash-flow analysis
- Scenario modelling
- Cash-flow analysis
- Debt reduction strategy
- College education planning
- Real estate analysis
Investment Advisory &
Portfolio Construction
Pillar 02
Discretionary management with the tax consequence priced into every decision — allocation, location, and timing considered together
- Discretionary portfolio management
- Asset allocation
- Asset location across account types
- Concentration management
- Rebalancing discipline
- Quarterly performance reporting
Retirement Planning &
Income Strategy
Pillar 03
The decisions that determine how much of your retirement savings you actually keep: which account funds which year, and at what tax cost
- Withdrawal sequencing
- Roth conversion analysis
- Social Security timing
- Required minimum distributions
- Multi-year tax projections
- Income-bracket management
Estate & Risk
Coordination
Pillar 04
We don’t draft documents — we make sure they work. Estate review, beneficiary alignment, and referrals to prescreened attorneys for the drafting itself.
- Estate document review
- Beneficiary alignment
- Titling audit
- Referral to prescreened attorneys
- Insurance policy review
- Annual gifting coordination
A comprehensive financial plan takes approximately four to six weeks from engagement to presentation and is prepared and presented by a Certified Financial Planner. It is built from what you actually have, not from what you estimate.

Engagement & fees
One relationship. One annual minimum.
ACap serves clients through ongoing advisory relationships rather than one-time transactions. Your engagement begins with a single $10,000 annual client relationship minimum, met through wealth management, business tax and accounting, family office, or any combination of the three.
Wealth management is the one service with a published fee schedule.
We are compensated by our clients, only. No commissions, no product sales, no hidden fees, and no incentives that influence our recommendations.
Tax preparation, bookkeeping, and entity work are handled by the same team — see Tax Strategy & CPA. Households with multiple entities and trusts may be better served by Family Office.
